Terms & Conditions

Terms of Service

By engaging Game Changerz for any service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a strategy call, purchasing any service, or entering into a project agreement with Game Changerz ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Effective Date: These terms apply to all services rendered by Game Changerz from January 1, 2026, and supersede any prior agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed contract.

Section 02

Services Provided

Game Changerz provides AI automation and systems services, including but not limited to:

  • AI Workflow Automation
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up Systems
  • Sales Automation Systems
  • Custom AI Assistants (GPT/Agents)
  • Business Process Automation
  • AI Infrastructure & System Design

The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a separate Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to project commencement.

Section 03

Payment Terms

All payments are governed by the pricing and milestone structure outlined in your individual project agreement. The following general terms apply:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your build slot and initiate the project.
  • Remaining balances are due per the milestone schedule agreed upon in your SOW.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe or other agreed payment platforms. By making payment, you authorize Game Changerz to charge the agreed amount.
  • Late payments (beyond 7 days of due date) may result in paused project work until the balance is resolved.
  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our systems, initial deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment proportional to work completed. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the disputed charge.

Section 04

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, Game Changerz transfers ownership of the custom-built deliverables to the client. The following terms apply:

  • Client-Owned Assets — custom workflows, automation sequences, and AI assistants built specifically for your business are transferred to you upon final payment.
  • Company-Retained IP — Game Changerz retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, and proprietary systems used to build your solution.
  • Third-Party Tools — some components of your system may use third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Zapier). Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms of service.
  • Portfolio Rights — Game Changerz reserves the right to reference your project as a case study or in portfolio materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Section 05

Client Responsibilities

For us to deliver your project effectively, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely access to required platforms, accounts, and credentials.
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes (typically 3–5 business days per review cycle).
  • Providing accurate and complete business information required for system configuration.
  • Ensuring your team is prepared and available for onboarding and training sessions.
  • Maintaining active subscriptions to any required third-party tools.

Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines. Game Changerz is not liable for missed deadlines resulting from client-side delays.

Section 06

Limitation of Liability

Game Changerz provides AI automation systems designed to improve business operations. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead generation results. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and follow-through.

  • Our total liability to any client for any cause shall not exceed the total fees paid to Game Changerz in the 90 days preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party platform outages, API changes, or service interruptions.
Section 07

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice under the following conditions:

  • By Client — you may cancel future services with 14 days written notice. Work completed to date will be billed and must be paid in full.
  • By Game Changerz — we reserve the right to terminate an engagement if a client is unresponsive for 30+ days, fails to make agreed payments, or acts in a manner that violates these terms.
  • Upon termination, all access credentials provided to Game Changerz will be revoked, and all deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client.
Section 08

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Game Changerz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SMS Messaging Policy

Text Messaging & Consent

This policy governs all SMS and MMS communications sent by Game Changerz. We are committed to compliant, transparent, and respectful messaging practices.

Section 01

SMS Program Description

Game Changerz ("we," "us") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with current clients, prospects, and individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us. SMS communications may include:

  • Appointment reminders and booking confirmations.
  • Follow-up messages related to inquiries or strategy calls.
  • Project updates and onboarding information.
  • Promotional messages about new services, offers, or resources (only to opted-in contacts).
  • Automated lead follow-up sequences as part of deployed AI systems (on behalf of clients).

Note for Game Changerz Clients: If you have contracted us to build an SMS automation system for your business, this policy also governs how those systems must be operated. You are responsible for ensuring your contacts have properly opted in.

Section 02

Consent & Opt-In

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided express written consent. Consent may be obtained through:

  • Submitting a web form that includes an SMS consent checkbox or disclosure statement.
  • Providing documented verbal consent, signing a written agreement, or submitting a web form containing SMS disclosure language.
  • Texting a keyword (e.g., START or a designated opt-in keyword) to a designated number.
  • Signing a service agreement that includes an SMS communication clause.

By providing your mobile number and consent, you authorize Game Changerz to send you text messages, including messages sent using automated technology or automated messaging systems.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the nature of your engagement:

  • Prospects — up to 3–5 messages per inquiry sequence, sent over a period of 1–14 days.
  • Active Clients — project-related messages as needed, typically 1–2 per week during active build phases.
  • Promotional / Marketing — no more than 4 promotional messages per month to opted-in contacts.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

Section 04

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS communications from Game Changerz at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — these keywords also trigger an opt-out.
  • Contact us directly via email and request removal from our SMS list.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further promotional or automated texts unless you opt back in. To re-subscribe, reply START or contact us directly.

Costs & Carrier Fees

Game Changerz does not charge fees for SMS communications. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure about messaging costs.

Game Changerz is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of SMS Data

Information collected through SMS opt-in (including your phone number and consent record) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

  • Your mobile number will never be sold, shared, or used for purposes beyond those described in this policy.
  • Opt-in records, including consent timestamps and submission details, are securely stored for compliance and verification purposes.
  • SMS data is subject to the same security protections as all other personal information we collect.
